SPS Trading Ltd operates a system of appointments at all of its shops during the summer period when parents are purchasing or replacing uniform for their children. A leaflet with further details about the uniform and the school shop is sent out to new parents in a mailing from the school.
Appointments may be booked:

Instructions for use of the booking system
The booking system offers a weekly view of appointments or, at St Paul's and Hampton where parallel appointments are sometimes available, a daily view of all the appointments available at a single shop. Please only book appointments in the slots offered.
Selecting a date
- Find a free appointment slot on a date that suits you. (Same day appointments should be booked by telephone, and not by using this system, please.)
- To select a date for which to book, type a date into in the date box as dd/mm, or click on the calendar icon to page through a calendar and select your preferred date.

From a weekly view you can select the daily view for a shop by clicking on the date at the top of a column, e.g. Tuesday July 3rd,
or from the daily view you can select the weekly view for an appointment stream by clicking on the appropriate column heading, e.g.
- You can move between days or weeks, as appropriate, by using the < Previous Week or < Previous Day or Next Day > or Next Week > links at the top of the page.
Booking an appointment
- You will be asked to enter an e-mail address.
- The booking window will then open for the slot you have selected, asking you to enter 'Event Description'. Please enter your child's name and school year - this will be used by the shop staff to confirm their acceptance of your booking.
- Once you have pressed OK to make the booking you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail to the address given, stating the times of your appointment.
- The school shop staff will also be informed of your booking and will confirm the booking to you in a further e-mail.
